7064 High Pressure Calibrator Module

Description

The 7064 is a high pressure calibration and control module designed for applications up to 200bar. It is fitted with a self-relieving regulator, two needle valves and a dual function front panel pressure port for precision output and measurement. There are four available versions according to required output range, either 35, 70, 100, or 200bar.

The 7064 combines high accuracy with simple operation and is suitable for high volume work in process plants, offshore platforms, refineries, and many other on-site testing facilities. It is ideal for calibration and maintenance of pressure gauges, sensors, transmitters, transducers, indicators, switches, and more.

Features include a 4.5 digit LCD display, 5 pressure units, zeroing switch, regulated output as well as pressure measurement input. Basic accuracy is 0.04% of full scale. Line pressure is supplied via an input minimess port fitted on the rear of the console. The front panel output and measurement port is also high pressure minimess type.

The module is fitted as standard with an RS-232 interface which is accessible on the rear of the CalBench console or internally connected to a 7051 calibrator/control centre. This enables communication and read back with EasyCal calibration software (supplied as standard with the 7051 multifunction calibrator/control centre module). With EasyCal the user can define and perform pressure calibration procedures as well as create and print traceable calibration certificates.
