Nguyen Bac Ha – Director. He is a hardware designer and a system integrator. He participated into the development and manufacture of many measurement and control system. He have designed and integrated automatic test system for many different fields. He obtained the Silver prize of the First Vietnamese Electronics Informatics Congress 1999 and  Prize of Viet Nam fund for supporting technological creativeness (VIFOTEC) 2004.
