7062 Pressure Calibrator Module

Description

The 7062 is a practical pressure or vacuum calibration and control module. It can be used to output a precise pressure or vacuum that can be adjusted by a regulator, or provide accurate pressure measurement via the front panel port. There are six available versions according to required output range, either vacuum, 0.2, 2, 5, 10, or 20bar.

The 7062 combines high accuracy with simple operation, and is the popular choice for test engineers performing pressure calibration applications under 20bar. It is an easy to use module suitable for high volume work in process plants, offshore platforms, refineries, and many other on-site testing facilities. It is ideal for calibration and maintenance of pressure gauges, sensors, transmitters, transducers, indicators, switches, and more.

Features include a 4.5 digit LCD display, 5 pressure units, zeroing switch, regulated output as well as pressure measurement input. Basic accuracy is 0.04% of full scale. Line pressure is supplied via an input quick release port fitted on the rear of the console.

The 7062 is fitted as standard with an RS-232 interface which is accessible on the rear of the CalBench console or internally connected to a 7051 calibrator/control centre. This enables communication and read back with EasyCal calibration software (supplied as standard with the 7051 multifunction calibrator/control centre module). With EasyCal the user can define and perform pressure calibration procedures as well as create and print traceable calibration certificates.
