Overview
The Intel® code-named “Crystal Forest” platform will handle data processing across the network more efficiently and securely, especially for handling cloud computing and content delivering. Intel® built-in DPDK can improve five times network performance over previous generation of Intel® platforms. Intel®Cave Creek chipset comes with QuickAssist™ technology, it processes and accelerates packet workloads in cryptography, and compression.
Two Pairs of Generation 3 Bypass
Each pair of Generation 3 bypass ports can be programmed to turn on and off. They also allow data packet through when the appliance is powering on and off.
Solid Expansion Capabilities
In addition to the default 2.5”SATA HDD and 8*PCI-E goldenfingers, there is the option of having the FW-7575 fitted with a 3.5” HDD bay. Also available is one Type II CompactFlash slot.
