CalBench can be fitted with various control centre options depending on customer requirements. Primarily the control centre is a touch screen PC that connects internally to the compatible modules within the CalBench console. When a 7051 or 7051+ (multifunction calibrator/multimeter/PC) is ordered the standard control centre (CC10) is part of the module.

Control Centre modules are also available without the 7051 modules:

  • CC10: Control Centre Module with integral PC and 10.4” capacitive touch screen.
  • CC12: Control Centre Module with upgraded integral PC and 12.1” capacitive touch screen.
  • CC12A: 7051 Control Centre Upgrade – To CC12 upgraded integral PC and 12.1” capacitive touch screen.
  • Ports: Front panel: 4 x USB / Rear of console: 2 x USB and 2 x RS-232
  • Connects internally to programmable CalBench modules
  • EasyCal software and PC accessories optional

 

Specific devices and instruments can be custom fitted into the bench as per customer requirement. This allows the user to integrate a familiar instrument into the workstation.

  • External instruments such as handheld DMMs, analysers, and more
  • Fitted instruments can be configured to communicate with EasyCal software
  • Additional power sockets and controller modules
  • TE Gauge pressure indicator modules
  • Portable instruments can be fitted to perforated back panel for easy removal
  • Empty module space can be made into shelving for tool storage
  • Depth constraints are 425mm for the primary console, 200mm for the secondary

Details
  • Specifications will depend on the requested instrument for integration.
  • If customer requires TE to select and fit a third party instrument, then only reputable brands will be used.
  • Instruments for fitting must meet the limitations of the CalBench Consoles (either primary or secondary).
  • Depth constraints are 425mm for the primary console, 200mm for the secondary
  • Modifications to existing modules are available, subject to design changes.
