Hệ thống được triển khai nhằm bảo đảm theo dõi liên tục và an toàn các hoạt động diễn ra trong các phòng máy, nơi có nhiều thiết bị tổng đài quan trọng. Hệ thống gồm 23 camera giám sát và 23 thiết bị đo nhiệt độ. Tất cả được tổ chức thành một mạng LAN cho phép người dùng truy cập và quản lý từ một máy trạm đặt ở xa kết nối tới mạng LAN đó. Để thực hiện được mô hình này, camera cũng như bộ đo nhiệt độ phải là các thiết bị hỗ trợ chuẩn truyền thông TCP/IP.
Các camera và thiết bị đo nhiệt độ được lắp trong các phòng thiết bị từ Tầng 1 tới Tầng 5, tất cả dữ liệu về hình ảnh được lưu trữ tại máy Server đặt tại Tầng 3. Nhân viên trực tổng đài có thể truy cập để xem các hình ảnh từ một máy trạm Client đặt ở xa kết nối tới mạng LAN của hệ thống. Máy trạm này đặt trên phòng trực tổng đài tại Tầng 9.

[:en]In January, 2012 GBS J.S.C has handed over all temperature alert system and monitoring for Mobile Information Centre KVI. The system, which is invested by Mobile Information Center KVI, belongs to project equipped with temperature alert system and monitoring for engine rooms in switchboard sector of building 811A Giai Phong.
The system is implemented to ensure that the activities taking place in the engine room, where has many important switchboard equipments, are monitored continually and safely. The system includes 23 monitoring cameras and 23 temperature tester devices. All are organized into a LAN network which allows users to access and manage from a remote server connected to that LAN network. To achieve this model, the camera as well as the temperature tester must be the supporting communication standard devices TCP / IP.
The camera and temperature tester devices are installed in the equipment rooms from 1st floor up to 5th floor, all image datas are stored in the Computer Server located at 3rd floor. Switchboard Operator can access to see images from a remote Server Client connected to LAN network of the system. This Server is put in switchboard room on 9th floor.
